Standard Massage
A standard massage is for clients aged 17 and older. The session lasts between 60 to 90 min. Every body is different so a flexible time frame for the session is utilized to account for each client's differing needs. Various massage strokes, stretching techniques, and positions are used to promote relaxation and relieve pain. A parent or guardian must be present for anyone under the age of 18.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. Prenatal massage therapy focuses on the special needs of the expecting mom. Modified positioning, massage strokes, and focus on key areas promote relaxation and relief discomforts of a changing body. Certain pressure points may help with nausea early in pregnancy. Prenatal massage therapy may be performed starting in the second trimester, or during the third trimester with permission from your physician.

Deep Tissue Massage
This type of massage is often recommended for those experiencing chronic pain or tightness in specific areas of the body. Deep tissue massage aims to address deeper muscle layers and the fascia (connective tissue surrounding muscles), often focusing on areas with chronic aches, pain, or contracted muscles. Some individuals may experience temporary soreness or muscle fatigue after a deep tissue massage, which is often described as a delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).
